Who is PACTO?
PACTO Regenerative Organizations is a consulting firm committed to facilitating and supporting the evolution of organizations by integrating individual, collective, organizational, and impact dimensions. We work to make organizations more responsive to their ecosystems, more agile in their operations, and more capable of generating positive social and environmental impacts.
We operate in Brazil’s social and environmental agenda, offering services in strategy design, program evaluation, leadership development, and organizational culture evolution.
We collaborate with clients across various thematic areas, such as early childhood, education, health, water, forests and climate, food, social assistance, labor market, and public security. Our work spans multiple sectors, mainly civil society organizations, corporate foundations, and governments.
Among our partners are organizations such as Instituto Alana, Itaú Social, Instituto Unibanco, Greenpeace, WWF, GIFE, Artemisia, Fundação Lemann, IEMA, Sistema Alana, Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, Comunidade Educativa CEDAC, Vamos, Instituto Natura, as well as public agencies at municipal, state, and federal levels.
We are inspired by concepts and methodologies that interconnect in each project, including Sociocracy, Liberating Structures, Self-Management, Theory of Change, Art of Hosting, Nonviolent Communication, and Artists of the Invisible. Want to learn more about what inspires us? Visit

What professional profile are we looking for?
We are looking for self-employed professionals with experience in project-based work through their own company or as an individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI), preferably residing in São Paulo or nearby, with availability for occasional business travel.
We seek mid-level and senior professionals with at least five years of experience, possessing skills and proven expertise in the areas described below. These do not need to be cumulative—you may have one, two, or all of them, and this will not impact the selection process.
- Project Coordination: Task sequencing management within a detailed schedule, team management, client relations, activity report preparation, etc.
- Group Facilitation: Conducting client briefings, designing meeting agendas with clear objectives, facilitating activities and group integration dynamics, group reading skills, conducting plenary sessions that foster reflection, and guiding group activities to produce expected results.
- Research and Evaluation: Designing quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical knowledge, ability to interpret research data and generate hypotheses, advanced writing skills, and communication skills for conducting in-depth interviews.
- Planning and Management: Understanding of Theory of Change, strategy design, writing skills, active listening, facilitation skills for strategic discussions, and governance structure knowledge.
As part of PACTO’s affirmative action policy in response to racial social inequalities, this call is exclusively for individuals who self-identify as Black.
